The home is spacious and includes new paint, tiled floors throughout, new window coverings, a... separate stand-alone laundry room, rv parking and hookups, nice fenced backyard, with patio area, hot tub, central air and heat. There is also a newly added whole house water purification system (no need to purchase drinking water) and a water softning system.

The rent includes a fully furnished home, all utilities, internet/wifi.

There is no garage use, but it does include driveway parking for up to three cars.

It's an open concept layout featuring the following room by room;

Livingroom: L-Shaped Sofa, tables, fireplace, area rug,

Dining: Table, seating for six

Family Room: Large wall entertainment center with 65" smart tv (no cable), but there is a TV box with some programming and a three seat leather couch with recliners on either end. There is a bicycle bar (conversation piece) facing the backyard.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stoves, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils and flatware. There is plenty of cabinet space and a large island with seating, everything for your stay, and setup for Kosher style use if needed.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, highboy chest, and mirrored door closet.

Bedroom 2: Two beds, one fullsized, one twin, a large dresser to share, and a small closet.

Bathroom: Enclosed tub and shower combo, new vanity, mirror, and lighting.

Hallway: Semi-new built-in linen closet with drawers. Here, you will find towels, linen, and cleaning rags for your use while staying here.

The TILED floors are spill, and pet friendly for easy clean-up.

Laundry Room: Boast front loading washer and dryer, folding tables, and laundry baskets for your use.

Rent $4,250
Includes, of course, a private home, all utilities, water, trash, gardener, high speed internet,

Deposit: $4,250, which is equal to one months rent.

Pets: Dogs welcome, breed specific due to insurance limitations, cats. Separate per animal deposit required.
