I'm looking a new roommates starting July 1, 2025 in my cozy OB home just two blocks from the ocean — walking distance to the OB Farmers Market, Sunset Cliffs, and all the good vibes this beach town has to offer.

The... house has private bathrooms for every room, plus private patio spaces and one room even has its own balcony. If you want your own room, rent ranges from $1400-$1600 depending on the room size — or if you're open to the room-share idea based on travel schedules, we could get creative with it to bring rent down even more and build a chill, like-minded travel community by the beach.

I'm really hoping to find a few people who love to travel, enjoy having a supportive, good-vibes home base, and are into the idea of creating a flexible space together. Think: rotating roomies, plants, beach walks, deep convos, and shared playlists.
