Just 15 minutes north you can spend your days shopping, hiking, bike riding and exploring in the Ojai valley and come home to get ready to enjoy a night out in downtown Ventura just 15 minutes south. The beach is just a 15-minute drive or take the bike path that takes you directly to the beach.
The house doesn't offer air conditioning, just open the doors for the air to run through the house, we've just never seemed to need it in the 15 years we've called it home. Also, there is heating downstairs but the upstairs you'll find a plug-in heater for the occasional cool summer night.
